Hi everyone! sorry that I haven't posted an update on Felt Pugley..... we had all of the flooring in our house redone, so everything has been a mess this past week. It was as bad as moving! I did mail him off to Jacqui last Wednesday though. Before I sent him on his way, he accompanied me on an errand up to our local ski resort, Big Mountain. It was pretty dead there..... they have snow makers going trying to make plenty of snow since they usually open up on thanksgiving.
Heading to the town of Whitefish......
Almost there! You can see the ski slopes well in this photo....
I was dissapointed with how little snow there was up there. They had the snow blowers going at full force..... hopefully there will be enough snow so they can open when they normally do.
I think that F.P. was very happy to be taken to the airport. He was getting tired of our freezing negative temperatures and was ready for a scenery change. Scarlett insisted on sending her dolly scarf with him so that he wouldnt be cold on his long journey. Next stop for him will be with Jacqui in New Zealand! The post master said that he should be there in plenty of time for Christams. :) We really enjoyed having F.P. for a visit and we were all sad to see him go.

Well, cold it may have been, but Montana sure looks beautiful. I look forward to sharing Wellington with FP and a New Zealand Christmas![]()

Scarlett is so precious for sending FP off with her dolly's scarf. So sweet. The photos are beautiful. You live in such a gorgeous place. Thank you for all the photos.
We never touch people so lightly that we don't leave a trace.
That was so sweet of Scarlett to let FP keep the scarf.
I loved seeing Montana. Such a beautiful state. And I can't wait to see New Zealand!! I have enjoyed Felt Pugley's world tour so much. Such fun to see all the unique places he has been.

Felt Pugley is here in New Zealand! A mere 7 days after leaving Montana he has arrived in Wellington. I suspect he chartered a personal jet; after all, this has been one heck of a trip and a pug needs his comforts.
He is currently resting but will post photos of his adventures in Middle Earth in due course.

Hooray! :) I just love the landscapes of New Zealand!
Wow! I am so impressed that the postal system got him there in 7 days! I've had mail take longer than that to get across the United States!I think you are right and he must have chartered a personal jet!
New Zealand is so beautiful and I am really looking forward to F.P.'s adventures in Middle Earth! Did you know that the final Hobbit movie (Lord of the Rings) opens here in the U.S. in just a couple of weeks? I wonder if Peter Jackson's pugs will have another cameo role like the last one?

The world premier is not being hosted here in Wellington, as the other Hobbit movies have been, which is a source of disappointment to many fans here in NZ. That said, I'm sure there'll be plenty of Hobbit parties, etc. Maybe FP will encounter a dragon or two?!
