I know, I know, it's a small Allen Bradley PLC! The question is what does it monitor and/or control? What is the logic behind it? I have to agree the flashing lights are cool... I work with similar stuff... and in the past.. the PLC's big brother, the DCS Systems.

Ok, so figuring about a week or so for travel and visit... Feltie should be here sometime early next year! Even though it will be winter and our rainy season, I'm sure we will be able to find things to do and see... Or if Felt Pugley is like any of my puggies... napping is there 2nd favorite thing to eating! I was hoping to go up the mountain... have to see if the road will be open then. There's some beautiful views there!

I have no idea what this means, but I will repeat what the Redneck said.

This particular one is a local Burner management panel which is part of a Cryogenic Natural gas treatment plant. He said they work almost exclusively on natural gas plants and do a bunch of DCS stuff!

Cool... The plc's I'm currently working with do all of the system monitoring for mega yachts. In the past, it was the DCS on power plants, pharma plants & refineries.
