My pug is 1 and half years old, when she is tension, scared by something, she gets gatism. If she is supper excited, running around in the house, like playing with other dog, she poops right way in the house, even she did it 10 minutes ago. She is healthy, no physical problem, I don't what should i do... will she getting better as an adult?

I am no expert with pugs, but I presume it is the same in all animals. They rarely grow out of things just because they get older, but they will need support and help in getting accustomed to certain things. Our old Jack Russell lived for 18 years in total fear of fireworks. He would poop, and try to dig through the floor in the house causing him bleeding paws etc. I would recommend seeing a vet or perhaps looking into meeting with a behaviourist.
