Cremation Jewelry?

Does anyone have recommendations for pet cremation jewelry or any other pet memorials? I've been googling but curious if anyone has ordered from a specific company and is happy with what they got. Just want to make sure they are trustworthy sites.

Sorry for your loss.
A co-worker's standard poodle passed and she used a service via the vet and had some of her dog's ashes placed in a locket that she wore constantly. I would ask your vet I have seen the ashes super-compressed and heated, turning the ashes into a gemstone, but could not recommend a company. I hope your vet can help you out.
