    Default In a moment

This morning my mother threw away left overs (rice and beans) from the other day in the trash. My pug, Pena, got a tear on the bottom of the trash bag when my mom pulled out the trash to put it in the outside trash can to be collected and placed a new one. She left to drive my brother to his bus stop and in between my Pug got a meal out of the trash. I came twenty minutes later to collect my backpack and saw her licking the floor beside the trash that was left out and scurried her away. I let my mother know she got into the trash. My mother put the dogs in their cages and we left right after that.

After school I was aware that my Pug was lying, in her cage, beside throw up. Since Pugs have trouble breathing through their nostrils, is it reasonable to say she died choking on her throw up? In the past she would throw up a bit if she had too much food. From examination, my father said her nose was clogged.
    I feel rather guilty.
