Yesterday in another thread I made a joke about forming an angry mob and going to get my friend Clay.

I think PV should form an angry mob and hunt her down. Blanche gets first shot at slapping her upside her nasty head.

I know--I kept thinking about her dog--she must have one since she was in the dog treat aisle or maybe she was getting them for someone else.

OMG!! I am INCENSED!!! It's one thing to do something accidentally, but this is OBSCENE!!! Mindy took the words right out of my mouth: what the $^&* was she doing in Petsmart if she has THAT kind of an attitude toward animals.

POOR BOB!!! And people wonder how animals in rescue can psychological problems!!!! If I'd have been there I'd have taken her name and reported her name to the police. Deliberate animal cruelty is a CRIME.

In thinking about it Blanche-as tempting as it probably was to just kill her on the spot you really really handled it the right way. Seriously, this woman is probably mentally ill-I cannot really imagine someone acting this way unless they have some serious problems. (But, oh, what I'd give for just one really good slap upside her head -it still makes me mad even though I suspect there's something wrong with the woman-especially the spitting part-that's just not normal)

Bob needs LOTS of treats and extra TLC tonight. He needs to visit Barney and Rascal real quick-we will pamper him and get him home in about a month BOB

Blanche,PLEASE file a police report on this woman! Spitting at someone is an assault and kicking an animal is abuse. See if Petsmart has a video tape of where it took place, they can get a photo for the police to ID.Anyone who would do this to an elderly pug in PUBLIC and then to you, is bound to be abusing other animals, children, elderly folks, etc. Even if they never track her down and prosecute, have the police report on file and let the manager at the store know you take this very seriously.

This is a very very good idea-she may have some sort of history of this type of behavior in other places.
