I also think that the 'Panda Pugs' look hideous - like they've been crossed with a husky and something else to reduce the size to me. The Merle 'pugs' are probably more of concern though as the price of these appears to be rapidly dropping as they become more available and it's inevitable that ignorant people will breed Merle to Merle and start producing puppies with serious hereditary defects
I can see your pictures now! Thank you for fixing! Evie is a beauty! She does seem to have longer legs & a slimmer build than what we have come to expect, but there is a wide variation of body types.....I think Evie is beautiful, and very elegant-looking! She looks like a sweetheart, too! She is still young, too, and may fill out more in the future. If she were mine, I'd think she was perfect, just like she is!

Evie looks lovely and clearly you love her... She may will "fill in" a bit to her legs.. but my Captain is a long-legger too... Makes him like a golden retriever stuck in a pug body, imo!

Evie is a gorgeous girl just as she is. Love the photos and we like them big so we can see them. Looks like she is perfectly spoiled as she should be. I especially love her necklace and blankie - so cute.
We never touch people so lightly that we don't leave a trace.
I would skip the DNA and invest it in a savings account. The pic of her in her jewels is enchanting. No, she probably is not 'pure' pug but she clearly loves you and you love her, so that alone is pug enough. Please keep the pics coming.
My boy Stewart has long legs, a very athletic build, and a bit of a nose. Everyone (vets, trainers, adoption agency) said he was a pug. I finally ordered one of those cheek-swabbing DNA kits (just out of curiosity), and it claimed that Stewart is 3/4 pug and 1/4 labrador retriever. I've never laughed so hard in my life. Most people think he is a pug, but if someone asks what he is, I say he is a "pugrador."

She is so cute and I love her face! There have been several white Pugs on here over the years (yes a whole litter from a villager in the old days who had the father and mother as well as the "grand dogs" of the pair! They weren't albino as the eyes where brown. With that said if you have the money to do a test fine I see the parents and the litter and think her colors aren't grown in yet. I too say put the funds in an account toward vet visits and love her like crazy. The jewels are so pretty and so is she.
Will need lot's more pictures!
