Hey everybody. Louie here.
Every single little thing I have tried to do lately all I have heard is "No!" from my Mama's mouth.
I just wanted to help sweep (and maybe play a little catch with the broom) and I get "Louie, NO!'
I tried to help clean up the kitchen because Mama was cooking and dropped something. I get "Louie, NO!"
When Mama was taking a bath I tried to help by taking her clothes to the laundry for her. She said, "Louie, NO!"
She put all my toys in my room and I knew she made a mistake by doing that so I tried to help by bringing them all back out again and she said, "Louie! NO!"
There was a gardener man with a trimmer and I was worried he was going to chop down my best most favorite pee pee tree so I yelled at him and Mama said, "Louie, NO!"
Then some new people moved in so I was just trying to tell them the rules so they would know I am the boss and Mama said "Louie! NO!"
Every single thing has just been No! No! No!
THEN my Mama said, "Louis! Do you want to go to time out?" Well, NO. Nobody WANTS to go to time out. That's a dumb question.
She is NUTS!
And this whole time my Mema was just shaking her head and just letting Mama say all that stuff to me! Mema said Mama doesn't feel good and that's why she is all grouchy. I made sure I snuggled her real good last night and today I am making sure I stay real close to her so I can make her feel better. I think its working because we took a good nap on the couch and she gave me some cream cheese.

Louie, I'm sorry your Mama still doesn't feel well. I think she needs lots of cuddle time with you so that she can feel better soon.
It sounds like you have been a very "helpful" pug lately!

Oh, Louie, it's hard for Mama to be patient with a "helpful" Pug especially when she isn't feeling 100%. I know she enjoyed your snuggles and naptime together and glad you got some cream cheese.

Louie, you can always go west, young man, go west. Oklahoma has always been a free state and a little on the wild side----you would blend in.
Yes and on the way west you can sleep over here with me Hercules!
My momma tried to squeeze my butt I "shot" the cat (that's what happens when you are nosy) so momma said some things about 5am and bathing a cat......I will pack my bandanna and we can go to Aunt Ellen's to roam the prairies!
