Louie here.

I don’t know what’s going on in my house.
My big brother came to visit me. I like it okay when he is here. If I remember not to yell at him he gives me cheese and I like cheese!

Well...this time my brother isn’t going back to his house. He is staying at my house AND he brought a cat with him!

I do not like kitty cats! They are mean to me and make me cry.

I already have two kitties that live at my house I don’t know why he had to bring another one.

Her name is Callie and she is even meaner than Feller and SoSo!

I think I’m moving out!


Babs here: It isn’t as bad as Louie makes out to be. Everyone is getting acquainted and things are going relatively well.
Callie does hiss at Louie but it’s just because she’s never seen a dog before. If he’d relax and act a little less like himself she would warm up to him a little quicker. She is the cutest little thing! She’s a year and half old but she is tiny and petite.

Poor Louie. Just think of the benefits though - you can do all sorts of naughty stuff and blame it on the cats!! Unroll the toilet paper = the cat did it! Tip books off a shelf = the cat did it! Pillows pushed onto the floor = the cat did it!

She is home. My mother is with her. She can do things like potty and bathe with help. I don't know what it is about the women in my family (myself included) but we do NOT like to take any type of medicine...especially pain medicines. So getting GaGa to take anything has been an uphill battle. She's been a registered nurse longer than I've been alive. In fact she was still working as a home health nurse until Covid hit. She doesn't want to get dependent on the pain pills. We can't even sneak them to her because she says, "I invented that trick with the mashed potatoes and the yogurt so don't even try it!"

This was my first thought, too. A missed opportunity if you don't blame the cat.
