    Default Who hates the rain?

Hey fellow pugs, Poly here, cold and wet. It's been raining in Atlanta FOREVER, so it seems. Mom actually told me that if its still raining tomorrow morning when she wakes up, she is going to have a real-life mental breakdown. But humans are besides the point, back to us.
Does anyone's moms/dads make them dress up when it gets cold and icky outside? Look at what my mom has done to me:

I actually don't mind the sweater, but I associate it when bad weather, so in a way, yeah, I do dislike it. At least it fits me really well!

Mom says its the new thing to "pop the collar", but I think it looks silly because it flattens out my ears a bit:

Ok, here is a really embarrassing one. Mom thinks it looks really funny when my ears totally dissapear..How unflattering! You can even see my PK!

My gang HATES cold wet grass to pee on, snow is OK, it is hard and 'dry'... but they think it is unsanitary to pee or walk on grass!

    I don't blame you a bit!

Yep... Homer & Marge hate the wet grass and they hate getting wet by the rain... I just had to go out there and stand in the rain for them to come outside and actually go potty

Now that's adorable -- looks sort of like a little ferret head peeking out of a tunnel!!!

Diesel really isn't affected by any weather. He just loves being outside, so normally it doesn't matter what the weather is like - he just wants to be out!! Unless, it's pouring, then he has no desire to be out there; otherwise, he's fine.

Kayla's a little prissier (although we do find that surprising considering how feminine and gay D can be at times!) so she doesn't like to put her feet in anything wet, cold, damp. She'll high step through wet grass and snow, get her business done and then it's right back inside!

Getting them to go out in bad weather is a nightmare

Oh the nerve of making you go outside to so your business!

I know I don't like the wet grass and for some reason Co-Pilot doens't get really serious about her business if I try to stand on the cement and have her go on the grass, I have to be getting my shoes and bottom of my pants wet too!

Yep. Rain hatred is a common thing around here to. It requires a great amount of pushing to get the boys out the door and then it's considered acceptable to water the deck as opposed to actually touching the mud.

Snifter doesn't seem to like rain much, but he loooooooves wet muddy ground. He makes a beeline for it and gets his paws really deep into it. Unfortunately we inherited a white tiled floor in the kitchen and beige carpets in the rest of the house.

    Thumbs up Another Georgia Girl

From one Georgia girl to another, I am TIRED of this
rain. I had lots of errands to run after work yesterday,
and it was so cold and rainy. My yard is flooding,
and all three babies pooped in the house yesterday.
It's supposed to rain today too. eeeeuuuuu!
