There's good information in articles on the PV Home page under Pug Health. There's a thermometer chart.

I'm blocks away from the Lake Michigan shore. In January and February it can get -25. Paddy has a fleece coat that he loves.

Mine don't like the cold or rain but wil go out in winter however if there is no grass sniffable we have issues - Bella seems to only want to pee if she can find a green spot of grass However, it doesn't seem to stop her on carpeting but I guess that's another story. Anyway, I've been known to di/chip a whole in the snow or ice to find her a little spot

I live in Manitoba, Canada, and it definitely gets cold here, lol! I haven't been through a full winter with Kuma yet, since I got him last March, but he definitely feels the cold! I have a few sweaters that I put on him when it gets chilly, and I also bought a down jacket from Walmart for when it gets really cold. Luckily, he loves to get dressed up!
