I've been home now for almost 7 years , yes the pugs are supreme snoozers. We just got up at 9ish- now they are on the sofa snoring away. They'll be wide awake as soon as they hear my car keys. Ol Dolly- she used to sleep about 20 hours a day in her old age -right before she went to the bridge.

    So true!
I work from home most days of the week and, yes, the pugs sleep nearly as much as the cats. They wake for meals and potty breaks and the occasional barking fit, but otherwise, they nap. Around 3-4pm Wonka (the early riser! ha!) will wake up from his series of naps and be ready to go, wanting to play, etc. Then he's wound up tight for the next 4-5 hours... then it's back to sleep.

I've noticed that when they sleep with DH and I, they can sleep forever before having to go potty or eat.
But if they sleep in the living room, I wake up to Ruby barking and jumping up & down on the baby gate & the smell of pee & poop on the potty pads.
