So I've let Chloe sleep in my bed since she slept through the night without any outside potty breaks at 5 months old. She doesn't hog the bed, she's pretty small and I love having her there.
The past week, I have woken up to her face in my face! She somehow burrows under my blankets and turns herself around so she is sleeping exactly like ME! It is too funny. I rolled over today and there she was...head on my pillow, body completely under the comforter! I don't know how she does it without waking me.
I was laughing all day about it. People thought I was nuts - one for even letting her sleep in my bed, and second they were like uhm it's a dog.
But I know she isn't "just a dog".... she is so human-like sometimes it's freaky. OK, just had to share that, I know you all would understand!
I love my pugs and they do sleep with me. Every so often, though, I need a night off. It doesn't seem to phase them. When I just had Mushu I slept just fine but with Libby too it gets crowded sometimes. As you know, pugs are made of a super sticky polymer that causes them to attach themselves to you so sometimes they get on either side and pin me.

I sleep with my four all the time....and add whoever might be staying here too!
Have slept on the table that makes into a bed in a motorhome with 6 pugs!
Phoebe always sleeps with me. She is such a little snugglebug but she also gives me space.

Duke and Lola sleep in their crate. Before we got Duke Lola slept with us but we didn't want two dogs on the bed considering how much sleep we lose with Lola. We talk about having them on the bed because Duke would enjoy it a lot but I sort of see it as another area to set boundaries. You know, they have their bed and we have ours and they are allowed in their bed but not ours because we are the leaders and have our own better bed...plus we sleep better without them...
We had a queen bed (the room is 10x14) and upgraded to a king for the cats and the Dalbadore ... and now the ID.
Some people co-sleep their kids, I'm very happy co-sleeping the critters. Except when my cat sleeps on my head and twitches her tail.

We have three pugs and three crates - they all sleep in their own crate, but their crates are in our bedroom. We sleep better, they sleep better, everyone wakes up well rested. Though Diesel and Makayla are allowed the occasional slumber party in bed with mommy and daddy. Grace is ALWAYS in her kennel, or we'd wake up to a house destroyed by the fabric eating moth!!

Jackson's slept with me since he was a puppy. When we first got Sammy, he was an awful bed buddy, because he didn't really know how to snuggle-- he was all feet poking into ribs and sprawling spread-eagled and not moving if we needed to scootch him over-- so he got the dog bed next to the big bed.
When Mike left for Morocco, the bed felt pretty empty, so I decided to try Sammy in the big bed again, and he's an expert snuggler now. All it took was a little love in the right forever home.

Once Toby could sleep through the night and was reasonably housebroken we started letting him on the bed. At first my dh resisted, now he's the one that insists! Toby is getting bigger all the time and some nights I only let him sleep in the bed for 30 minutes before moving him to the crate. We always end the night with him in the crate at some point, maybe 4 am at the latest, otherwise he will be up and ready for breakfast at 5. Putting him in the dark covered crate is the only way to ensure we can sleep until 7!
My two fat pugs! Toby rescued April 25, 2008 & Betz rescued November 15, 2009.
You should see the looks I get when I say I sleep with all 7 pugs in the bed. If I'm lucky, they give me some space on the pillow.
