Hi! How are the pups doing this morning?
I expect you are exhausted...
Bella, mummy to Snifter and Toddy!

I am tired, husband is sorting Gary and the children out so I can 'puppysit.' I am still very worried about the smallest, I have expressed some milk off Flo and given it to him via a syringe as he doesn't seem to have the strength to suck and I have no idea about tube feeding. Expressing milk at 5am was not fun until I remembered the moment in 'Meet the Parents' when they discuss milking a cat LOL!!![]()
I am hoping to get a couple of hours later on if all is well.
Will post pics soon x

Sounds like you are doing a wonderful job.
I hope the littlest improves - they are so fragile for the first few days.
Is mum being good with them?

Mum is trying her best, she's letting them feed now and lying nice and still but a little hit and miss with the cleaning thing.
I'm sure instinct will kick in and she'll be ok.

Sounds like wonderful progress! You are doing a marvellous job!
I won't be able to check in on PV again until Sunday evening, but I am wondering how the smallest one is doing. I am sure you are cream crackered, but it is so worth it to see them flourish.
Looking forward to pictures when you are able to post some on here.

The Georgia Pugs
If You Can't Say Anything Nice,
Just Don't Say Anything.
Kudos to you! I am stressed just reading about the situation. Glad you are calm under pressure.
Jennifer, and mama's princesses--
Tessie, a tiny, black diva,
Zoe- my slobberin' lovable english bulldog--with selective hearing
Everything was good at the vets, Mum only weighs 12lb!! We are feeding her little and often with hamburger, chicken, rice, egg and puppy milk.
Here are pictures as promised,
and one of the proud mommy..
and the tiniest with the biggest...
and a final one that's just cute...
will take some more shots later. Oh and the vet recommended feeding 0.8ml of formula hourly to the tiny one for a couple of days as it's too small to be fed 2 hourly.
Enjoy the babies xxx

Kudos to you and for what all you did! Your friend, omg I hope she appreciates what you did...you could have just said 'heck with it she's just diggin to get comfy' and went to bed!
I hope the littlest one makes it! They are all adorable, and Im sending huge mega hugs to you for all that you did!!! you did an awesome job, and tho to never whelp any puppies before you did great - I HOPE TO NEVER be in your situation LOL whew I know that was mind wrecking.
So is the parent of Flo gonna let the puppies stay with you for a week or 2 until they are strong enough to 'travel'?
