Bless you for being such a good friend. It really is serendipitous that Flo was with you through all this. I am doing my darnedest to withhold judgment of your friend.

what an amazing story. those pups were meant to be born with you watching over them. you've done a fantastic job. i'm glad to hear the little girl is gaining a bit.![]()
All sleeping peacefully now. Even tiny has had a brief 5 min feed from mom (after the syringe) it's the first feed he's had off her since last night so maybe there is hope.
Got some great pictures of him feeding, when I find where I put the USB i'll upload them.

A I hope if dogs ever take over the world and they choose a king, they don't just go by size, because I bet there are little dogs with some good ideas.

I was worried about the little one, so I thought I would check. How in the heck can someone say just let something like that die? argh. If he dies, o.k. It is sad, but I am hoping against hope he makes it. Plus, like someone said, if he can't make it I hope he dies fast.

I am really hoping the little one makes it through all of this.
Thanks for doing all that you are doing.
Did your friend come by and see the puppies?

I am rooting for the little guy, I sure hope he starts to gain weight. You are doing a great job taking care of these pups. I think you are doing a much better job than the the owner is capable of. I wish you well and hope you get some sleep.

That is good... At least give him a chance at life. My Marge was a cleft palate puppy... and she is now 4 years old and happy & healthy! Granted she did have surgery when she was around 8-9 months old to repair it because her's was fairly large. I guess I should edit this to also say, that she was bottle fed for a long time.. They couldn't get her to latch on, they gave her puppy formula, and kept her until 12 weeks. We continued to bottle feed her in between her eating regular wet food. She gained, but it took a while.
