I hope everything works out for Mojo. If he gets to stay with your friend, at least you will be able to keep tabs on him and maybe see him now and then. Thank you all for your encouragement and words of support. It really does help the process. I know in my heart it is the most responsible option for all involved. The pain is more than I imagined I could experience, but it's manageable.

If Mojo stays with my friend he'll only be 2 miles away. You'll be sure to know how things go either way.

I too will be thinking good thoughts for his smooth transition to his new home this weekend! It would be great to have him close by. Course I would always think of him as mine though, I even do it with my fosters. I am sure it is heart wrenching, but I think they will both be happier for it! You are doing the right thing.
