I'm not sure if this belongs here or in the rescue (feel free to move it).
If you've read my threads about Mugzy and Mojo, you know we have some issues going on here. Since Mugzy lost his eye in their fight on Monday, we've had a few more incidents of growling and had to intervene to avoid further issues. I'm not sure we can control the dominance issues any longer.
Today my friend decided she and her family will take Mojo for the weekend to see how it goes. If all goes well, he'll stay. If not, we'll rehome him though rescue. She has 2 young children who already adore Mojo. :) There will be someone there most hours of the day with him.
I'm relieved and sad. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts. I'm hopeful though.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope this
week-end works out for Mojo. I think you have made
the only decision you could have made. It is best for
the safety of both of them. My heart goes out to you,
I know this was hard for you and that you are sad,
but just know you have done what is best for both
of them.

I'm so sorry you are having to go through this. I'll keep everything crossed that this weekend goes well-it already sounds like it could be the perfect home for Mojo.![]()

I totally agree with Bella- I know how hard it is,too, having been through that once. You have my number if you need anything!![]()
I've been following this story and am sad you have to rehome him, but that may be the best solution for everyone. Finger & paws crossed that Mojo does well at your friends.

Fingers crossed for Mojo. He's young and should adapt fairly well to a new home. It will ease the tension in your home a lot and allow you to care for Mugzy and Maizee better. My heart goes out to you over having to make a decision like this. You've been through so much lately, first with Maizee, now this, and I really respect you for how strong you are being for your pugs and how you are looking for the best solution to a hard situation. You're a good pug-momma!![]()
