Default HIGH ENERGY pugs...anyone else got one..??lol

this girl makes me tired just watching her..lol
today she got up and first thing heads to the toys and then out the door..in and zooming all over the place
next see if she can entice Max and Zeus to play..NO go..so why not the bulldogs..lol then. JUMPS all over the bulldogs..NO go..well then MOM will play ..lol and then she gets me to play with her.
    she is very very active.
she is everything that I thought a PUG was not...
so much for the quiet pug type personality..
    is she normal..?? hahhahha.
I always call her my drama queen. she reminds me of the house cat here..with all her antics and how she can jump..
just soo healty and active..that is the only way to describe her..
she is just a bundle of energy

Max is energetic but not like Zeena..he is happy to lounge and take it easy too..the ONLY time that Zeena is lounging is if she is asleep..
Zeus on the other hand that is all that he does is LOUNGE...lol

anyone else have a high energy pug..

Elmo is like that too he is waiting for any sigh im awake in the morning then its running up down on my bed trying to find a toy to show me then licking me to death then while i get ready hes in my sons rooms waking them up.He hardly sleeps at all in the day as he is always running up to the window to look out at the cars or people walking by, trying to get monty to play bringing his toys to people and he even hassles our boxer at bed time humping her instead of coming straight to bed.

All I have to say is one word......Peyton! She has sooo much energy. She is always on the go....zooming around the house. I told my Hubby that if I had Peyton's energy and motabolism that I would get all the household chores done and be a super model!

Suki was alot like that for the first 3 years of her life. She finally did outgrow it, thank goodness!

Wonka was also a lot like that for the first three years of his life. He didn't sleep for 20 hours the way some pugs do, he used to take short "power naps" and then be ready to go again. He'll be 5 in February though and he has been slowing down a bit. He still has a lot of energy in short bursts, but then he's ready for a long nap. It's the opposite of when he was 1 year old.

I agree with Cheyenne and Wonka & Nilla's posts. MuShu calmed way, way down after she turned 3 years old. Just like the vet said she would. Didn't believe her but am glad we all survived it! LOL!

    Zeena is just over 2..
    another whole year of this..lol
    OH No
she is just like a toy that is wound up..
she is very tiny at 14 pounds. her parents were both very quiet pugs...so she did inherit that trait..
she is very a very busy little girl
always thought all pugs slept and slept and slept..lol
    well not her..

ONE THING though about her is when she goes to sleep for the night.she sleeps solid. she is the first one to sleep at night but rarely see her cat nap much during the day

Jessie is pretty high energy for a pug. She will play longer and harder than Cassius. She is forever bringing a ball or toy to either me or Michelle and wants us to play. Also outside, she will amuse herself chasing leaves, birds, or butterflys. If Cassius won't play with her sometimes, she just pounces on him and knocks him down.

Roxi is like that too. I was surprised at how energetic she is, after studying about pugs before I got her. Our lab/border collies was high energy until he was 6-7 and still has bursts. Roxi plays hard and sleeps hard.
