Default HELP!!!!! Pug in Kill shelter in Florida

There is a 6yr old pug named Frank in the Miami Dade Animal shelter. He's running out of time. He was brought in on 12/22/2010. He's a handsome pug boy. Can anyone please go get him. I'd love to but I'm in WA. Hurry before he's time runs out and they put him to sleep. ugh!!!!!!!

Wow... they sure didn't give the poor guy long to find a home. I really wish I could. There are too many vet bills adding up for me right now. I sure hope someone can. How long do they usually allow an animal to find a home? A week seems hardly enough time!

I just checked out the Miami website and Frank was not among the adoptable dogs... have you had any word as to whether or not he's been rescued?

Your best bet in a situation like this is to contact the pug rescues directly. They all should have contact information on their website (at least an email). I don't think that too many rescue people have time to frequent the message boards on a regular basis.

Compassionate Pug Rescue is the local rescue for Miami Dade. Hopefully they found Frank.
