Default Another Paw at the Poker Table, by John Ott, Lawman

John Ott, here. Pitiful, just pitiful. No, not the sorry kibble I am reduced to being grateful to eat. An old gentleman down in central south Texas. His name is Sebastian. And his folks turned him into die. They wrote down, even spoke the words, 'We are done with this dog.' Sorry sheepherders they must have been. Tonight the old dog is huddled in a cement run, waiting for God. Tomorrow God will will send a rescue and he will begin to travel the trail north. His hearing is gone, and his eyes are dim. My foster mom wants him to have a new hand of cards, so he is coming here. I guess a night's work of cleaning this line shack and we can hang a new bunk for Sebastian. Sebastian, left to die, because he was old.

Sebastian is going to be one lucky dog to be on the Tall Grass. Thank you for dealing him a good hand. May you all make his days left the best of his life.

So happy to hear Sebastian will have a good home. Hopefully the kitchen staff will be good to him. Hopefully, do his age, Ceylon won't try to rope him into the firm!

Wonderful for Sebastian. A curse on his owners. A blessing on the Tall Grass.

The Tall Grass is an amazing place full of love
I imagine angels hovering over each and every one there
It is my belief that as we take care of the least of these ...so shall we be taken care of

Thalia, here. Personal assistant/paralegal to Ceylon-senior partner and principal Ceylon, Ceylon, and Ceylon pc a law firm. I am so concerned, Ceylon has written a memo that we are to clean and strip the kitchen floor. I am then to stencil paw prints for morning formation and then reseal the floor before Sebastian arrives. I am hoping that even if he can't see, he can color within the lines as the entire folio of Fawn on the Plains, Vol 15 is due for release and the illuminations aren't finished. Using my clever star fish paws I can crayon two pages at once, his help is needed.

I have said it before and will say it again: we can judge the morality of a society/individual by the way they treat the least advantaged. Sebastian is so fortunate. Ellen, you are a wonderful human being with a heart the size of the Tall Grass.
