Default Bobby and I have decided to try fostering

Always a glutton for punishment, and a pushover for any little animal in trouble, Bobby and I have decided to become foster parents for DFW [Dallas/Fort Worth] pug rescue. The gentleman who runs the rescue left a message on my recorder day before yesterday, saying that they had a little boy in a foster home, that needed to be moved for some reason. I called him back at the number that he left, but haven't heard any more from him.........but I suppose I will. Sooooooo.........maybe there will be a little orphan coming to stay for dinner soon

That is wonderful!!! There are so many pugs out there that need a good home to stay in until they find their forever homes. And the foster homes seem few and far between (never enough foster homes). I'm sure DFW Pug Rescue will be excited to have you on board. Can't wait to see pics of the little guy if he comes and stays with you.

That's great. I'm sure DFW is thrilled to have another great foster home.

Congrats! DFW is a wonderful pug rescue group in my opinion, and they are lucky to have a knowledgeable and experienced person like you volunteer to be a foster home. We can't wait to see who you have first!

Congratulations! I just became a foster mom this year, it can be hard at times, but I promise the benefits and joy that come with it are more than worth it. It is a wonderful feeling to know you have helped a dog find its forever home. Pug hugs and kisses to you both.
