Another harness sizing question

I'm on my phone and the searching feature isn't helping much....anyways!
Las needs a new harness ASAP! I measured him and according to the puppia charts he is too big. I don't get it, he's 1 yo tomorrow and unless I mis measured him terribly they won't fit him. Neck girth 18" and chest girth 25. Any recommendation on comfortable harnesses?

I like Lupine. Does your vet sell any or a pet store near you. It's nice to try them on and adjust them before you buy.
