Default HELP!! Accidents When People are Home

HELP!! My pug Lola is a little over a year. It is the strangest thing, when I leave her home alone she has no accidents. We take her out regularly and she goes to the bathroom. However, when humans are home (she consistently has accidents in the house. Any advice on what the problem is or how to fix it?

Is she peeing when it's you at home or strangers? Could be submissive urination. When you come home do you act all excited to see her and then does she pee? It's best to try to be as calm as you can when you come home.
You may have to start to potty train again to reinforce her to get back to going outside.
